8th Oct & 15th Oct 2026 – 9:00am – 5:00pm. This course will teach learners how to spot and help someone who is going through mental health challenges. Participants will learn to recognise different common mental health conditions and understand what someone struggling with their mental well-being might need.
It also helps employers meet the legal requirements for providing first aid support, as outlined in the relevant health and safety rules in both England and Northern Ireland. The course includes lunch and refreshments.
