Running a business, pursuing ambition, supporting others, doing the job you do can quietly drain you. This free online session is a 45-minute pause designed specifically for men who are capable and committed, but could do with a moment to breathe and reset. Taking place during Men's Health Week 2026, the week before Father's Day, this is your invitation to take a moment for yourselves, for the men, sons, brothers and fathers in our lives.

Led by Lou Booth, Lancashire-based leadership coach, men's health champion and workplace wellbeing specialist, this small-group taster brings together up to six men in a calm, welcoming space for self-care, genuine connection and practical experience. Remember, sometimes even in sport we need to stop, refuel and check in before we can perform at our best again.

You will leave with simple tools to steady yourself and find calm in the moments that test you, renewed clarity around what matters, and the reassurance that you are not alone.

Date: Tuesday 17 June 2026 Times: 12.00 - 12.45pm or 6.30 - 7.15pm
