Let’s be real: December is full of noise. Goals. Metrics. Resolutions. Vision boards. But what if the most strategic move you could make wasn’t another overstuffed plan — but a quiet moment to meet your next chapter with clarity, calm and intention?

This isn’t yet another planning session. It’s a founder reset. Led by coach, writer and space-holder Ella Schwarz (Coffee With Ella), this reflective session is designed to help you:
1. Look back at what this year taught you — about your energy, your boundaries, your brilliance
2. Tap into your Future You — the founder who leads with alignment, not just ambition
3. Make one or two intentional, grounded decisions for the season ahead

Expect journaling prompts, space to breathe, and a little light planning — through a more intentional lens — to help you set the tone for what’s next. This session is hosted by Digital Boost, a charity-owned platform offering free mentoring, access to expertise, and support for start-ups, small businesses, and charities. Digital Boost services are completely free, thanks to the generosity of our partners and volunteers. Find out more: digitalboost.org.uk
