Practical Importing

October 10, 2024

09:30 - 12:30

Hyndburn

East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce

This session is delivered face to face or via zoom.

The importance of understanding the full import process helps businesses to react quickly and professionally to situations which often arise as a result of operating global supply chains.

Being able to organise international transport, manage long distance relationships and deal with customs clearance quickly and efficiently is imperative as delays at Customs are expensive.

Knowing your landed cost for on-selling in the UK or internationally is critical and needs to be calculated prior to placing your order.
