Running a business or a professional career can end up taking all your energy. This free online session is a 45-minute pause designed specifically for women who are capable and committed but quietly running on empty. Led by Lou Booth, Lancashire-based leadership coach and workplace wellbeing specialist, the Reset and Restore circle brings together a small group of up to six women for a grounded and practical experience rooted in calm, clarity and genuine connection.

You will leave with practical Mindful and Compassion tools to regulate emotions and manage stress in difficult moments, renewed clarity around what matters and where you are heading, and the confidence that comes from being seen, heard and reminded of your capability and value. All in a warm space with women who understand exactly what this season feels like. "An uplifting session in the middle of the day to reset.

A calming reminder to balance the stresses of work and home with things that bring you joy." Sue, Commercial and Business Manager "I came away feeling elevated and excited to continue on my journey as a new business owner." Susan, Founder “The session was extremely grounding and calming coming into yourself……felt safe enough to talk openly about any vulnerabilities…”. Saj (Mum and Solicitor) Free to attend, held online via Zoom, with places limited up to six women per session. Book your place at elementascoaching.com/experiences
