Transactional Analysis is the method used to analyse the process of transactions in communication with others. It requires us to be aware of how we feel, think, and behave during interactions with others. It recognises that our personality is driven by different ‘ego states’, first mooted by Sigmund Freud.
This 1 day course will provide delegates with an understanding of the basic concepts within transactional Analysis and to give delegates working knowledge of TA Drivers, ego states and games theory.
