Boost your leadership skills and business growth through the Help to Grow: Management Programme, delivered by the University of Lancashire. Programme Overview The cohort starts with a face-to-face session on Friday 9 January 2026 at our Preston campus.
The programme runs over 12 weeks and includes:
• 12 expert-led modules - 5 face-to-face and 7 online via Microsoft Teams (1 taught session per week).
• 9 peer-to-peer group coaching calls to help you apply your learning practically
• 10 hours of 1-2-1 mentoring
• Access to recorded sessions, slides, and additional resources (face-to-face sessions are not recorded, but catch-up materials are provided) It’s designed to work flexibly around busy business leaders, with most sessions delivered online. Topics Covered

• Leaders or senior managers in UK-based SMEs with 5–249 employees
• Those looking to scale their business, improve leadership skills, and drive team performance Special Bursary Offer - Thanks to a limited bursary opportunity with businesses for 10 or more staff:
• Register one staff member for the September 2025 cohort at a discounted rate of £750 (90% government funded, normally £7,500)
• Receive a second free place for a colleague on the January 2026 cohort Spaces are limited, so early registration is advised. Businesses with 5-10 staff qualify for one place only.
