Sonia Kanjee is a US Certified Public Accountant and the Founder & CEO of BRDG, a specialist US tax advisory firm helping UK and international start-ups, scale-ups, and venture-backed companies enter and grow in the United States.
Sonia began her career at EY in New York and London before moving into hands-on advisory work with founders and finance teams across Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. With more than 15 years of US tax experience, she has supported over 200 companies with their US expansion, from bootstrapped ventures and family businesses to VC-backed scale-ups and multinational groups.
Her expertise includes US entity structuring, federal and state tax compliance, cross-border tax planning, transfer pricing, income tax treaty analysis, and operational setup. Sonia launched BRDG to give founders and CFOs a US tax advisor who speaks their language: clear, responsive, practical, and start-up focused.
