The Workplace Wellbeing Open Day 2026 at Forrest Hills, Lancaster University is a free interactive event designed to support healthier, happier and more productive workplaces. Hosted in collaboration with Roots Corporate Wellness, the event brings together local businesses, HR professionals, managers, wellbeing leads and workplace practitioners to explore practical and innovative approaches to employee wellbeing.

Throughout the day, attendees will have the opportunity to experience a variety of wellbeing sessions, demonstrations and talks delivered by experienced local practitioners. Topics and experiences may include stress management, mindfulness, breathwork, movement, sound relaxation, holistic therapies and workplace wellness strategies.
