Join us for an exciting event designed to foster digital collaboration between Wyre’s Visitor Economy, high streets and local businesses.

This is your chance to develop joint social media schedules for Spring and Summer 2025. Enhance your online presence, grow your audience, and boost your customer base/footfall in the borough. Meet up with fellow member business owners in the borough and mull over current topics.

Workshop Goals: 

  • Collaborative Growth: The session will highlight the reason for all local businesses in Wyre to work more closer together with the visitor economy, supported by UK statistics. 
  • Social Media Mastery: Sourcing information and imagery for social media posts. Creating easy, engaging content using free online platforms. 
  • Strategic Scheduling: Delegates will develop a social media schedule for Spring and Summer 2025 focusing on local/town events and other local activities. 

The event will be hosted by Dr John Barlow of HUB62, a visitor economy specialist with over 25 years’ experience in supporting local and national business growth across the visitor economy sector. John promises a fun and exciting afternoon with some hands-on activities. Given the rising costs for event venues and speakers, we kindly ask for your commitment.

There is a nominal charge of £15 per ticket, all those who attend will be refunded post event. 

If you do not attend the event, no refund will be issued. This ensures responsible sign-up and helps everyone involved manage their time and costs effectively.
