Scale to Thrive service application form

There are currently over 800 ambitious businesses across Lancashire that are growing rapidly and achieving growth rates of 20% per annum over three years. These are recognised as scaleup businesses, experiencing unique pressures of high growth.

The Boost Scale to Thrive programme is available exclusively to a limited number of these Lancashire businesses that are meeting this challenge, or plan to. Joining this service is therefore by application only.

Scale to Thrive is delivered by the Growth Company and will help you gain a deeper understanding of the challenges facing your business and sector opportunities, covering topics such as:

  • Developing leadership capacity and capability
  • Developing the talent and skills in the business
  • Accessing markets, including internationally
  • Accessing finance for growth
  • Dealing with infrastructure demands as the business changes

Scale to Thrive will help you create a detailed Scaleup Growth Strategy and Growth Action Plan with flexible support for your business. It will also enable access to a range of opportunities to share the programme experience with other like-minded ambitious business leaders, including through masterclasses and become part of our alumni.

To be part of the second select group of businesses you will need to apply online below.
