Lancashire Careers Hub
The Lancashire Careers Hub brings together schools, colleges, and employers to inspire young people and prepare them for the world of work.

Funded by the Careers & Enterprise Company and supported by local authorities, the hub works across Lancashire to improve career opportunities and outcomes for young people.

What the Careers Hub Does

  • Connects education providers with local employers to create meaningful career experiences
  • Supports delivery of the Gatsby Benchmarks for high-quality careers education
  • Provides opportunities for real-world employer encounters
  • Helps young people understand career pathways and required skills
  • Builds confidence and work readiness for the future workforce

Why It Matters

  • Supporting young people to become work ready

Supporting Future Talent

Helping Lancashire businesses thrive

I wish I found Boost earlier. The areas of my own knowledge have been expanded giving me ideas that I had never thought about. I am really grateful for the support I have had so far from Boost.
