The Lancashire Skills Pledge provides businesses with one door to find out more about Lancashire’s key skills and training initiatives.

When you register you can choose as many pledges as you like and get information and support to engage with your Pledge. You’ll give your business recognition for the things it does to recruit, upskills and inspire the people of Lancashire.

Pledges:

  • Help young people get work ready
  • Become an apprentice ambassador
  • Be an enterprise adviser
  • Recruit Lancashire people
  • Offer work experience & industry placements
  • Upskill your workforce
  • Recruit an apprentice
  • Offer a placement to a university student
