We offer a range of fully funded growth and innovation support services for established SMEs based in West Lancashire.

WLCIP offers three distinct elements of growth support:

Innovation Sprint: Intensive business model innovation programme, helping businesses to drive market share growth and improve profitability.
Leadership for Growth: Support for operational managers and strategic leaders to develop leadership capabilities through accredited Chartered Management Institute short courses.
Product Innovation: Delivered through the leading engineering capabilities at UCLan, support is available to help businesses design, prototype, trial and evaluate new physical products being brought to the market.
