With a background in partnership building and project management, Alison is responsible for managing the delivery of Boost’s Flying Start programme.
Her day-to-day role involves liaising with Boost partners, stakeholders and contract managers and working with the Boost business advisers to maximise delivery of this Boost programme.
Alison delights in seeing entrepreneurs realise their true potential and endeavours to lead the Flying Start team to ensure the programme provides a positive impact on Lancashire businesses and the region’s economy.
Away from the office, Alison is someone who likes to "read the book before seeing the movie". Her ideal Sunday includes a long walk (taking a good book) and preferrably ending up in a cosy warm pub.
